Jackie Taylor (1951–) American director, producer, actress, educator, singer, playwright and theater founder.
Taylor is a prolific playwright and producer as well as actor, with more than 100 credits to her name. The Chicago native is also the founder of Black Ensemble Theater. Founded in 1976, Black Ensemble Theater is one of the most diverse theaters in the nation. Its mission is to eradicate racism through the theater arts.
